Galactica Intelligence (hereinafter, "Galáctica", "we", or "the Data Controller"), domiciled in Mexico City with operational advisory reach across major industrial, commercial, and residential markets in Mexico, is responsible for the legitimate processing and protection of your personal data. This Privacy Notice is issued in strict compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) in Mexico.

1. Personal Data We Collect

To fulfill the real estate advisory and territorial intelligence services offered on our platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and Contact Data: Full legal name, corporate title or role, company or institution name, corporate or personal email address, phone number, and WhatsApp link.
  • Real Estate and Operational Search Parameters: Search requirements (industrial, commercial, or residential asset types; leasing, acquisition, or investment), estimated budget ranges, required land and construction square meters (m²), power capacity (kVA), clear height, and logistics specifications.
  • Technical and Browsing Data: IP address, session identifiers, browser type, operating system, and language preferences (EN / ES) collected via technical cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Declaration on Sensitive Personal Data: Galactica Intelligence DOES NOT request or collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, labor union membership, or political opinions).

2. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following primary and secondary purposes:

A. Primary Purposes (Necessary for the advisory relationship):

  • Receive, evaluate, and fulfill inquiries submitted via our "Request a Location" form or direct contact channels.
  • Conduct territorial site selection analysis, demographic evaluations, and real estate market intelligence aligned with your operational requirements.
  • Facilitate transaction mediation, property prospectings, and scheduling property visits to industrial warehouses, retail spaces, or residential assets.
  • Draft commercial proposals, benchmarking reports, and transaction diligence files.
  • Comply with statutory obligations governing commercial and real estate practices in Mexico.

B. Secondary Purposes (Non-essential for service execution):

  • Distribution of market research briefings, macro-economic reports, and Galáctica Insights articles.
  • Invitations to private property showcases or institutional real estate briefings.
  • Customer satisfaction and advisory quality benchmarking surveys.

If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may notify us at any time by sending an email to info@galactica.us with the subject line "Secondary Purposes Opt-Out".

3. Transfers of Personal Data

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties under the following conditions:

  • To property owners, developers, or landlords directly involved with the asset of your interest, strictly subject to your prior authorization.
  • To public notaries, escrow agents, or banking institutions strictly when necessary to execute lease or acquisition contracts requested by you.
  • To regulatory or judicial authorities where mandated by Mexican law under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

Galactica Intelligence never sells, rents, or monetizes your personal data with unrelated commercial third parties.

4. Exercise of ARCO Rights and Consent Revocation

Under the LFPDPPP, you are entitled to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used (Access); to request corrections if it is inaccurate or out of date (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records when you consider it is not being processed according to legal principles (Cancellation); and to oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as your ARCO Rights.

  1. The data subject's full name and email address for delivery of the response.
  2. Official identification documents proving identity or legal representation.
  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data concerning which you seek to exercise ARCO rights.
  4. Any additional elements that may facilitate locating your file.

Our response timeline will not exceed 20 (twenty) business days from the receipt of your complete request, extendable once where justified by the complexity of the matter.

We maintain stringent physical, administrative, and technical security protocols to safeguard your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, preserving fiduciary confidentiality over all strategic criteria shared with our team.

This Privacy Notice may be amended periodically to incorporate statutory updates, regulatory reforms, or changes to our real estate advisory practices. Any modification will be published directly on this page with the corresponding revision date.
